PAISTE 2002 18' RIDE FROM 1980 $400

Hey all.

For sale is a Paiste 2002 ride 18', which I have in great condition.
The serial number is "003074"
I have traced it to bieng made around 1980. Reason bieng, the "2002" logo is stamped right into the metal, rather than painted on in red. They started to paint the logos on in the late 80's. Number 2 piece of evidence is that the first digit of the serial number on the cymbal, corresponds to the LAST digit of the year in which it was made. The number is a zero.. so it's not 1970 cause they didn't make 2002's then. It's not 1990 because they painted the logos on at that time. So gotta be 1980.

This is a fairly washy cymbal, very bright, small bell, and when struck on the edge, could actually make a very agressive crash.
