-Très grand: 800 pieds carrés
-Disponible tous les jours sauf les lundis et mardis soirs à toutes les semaines et les mercredis et vendredis soirs une semaine sur deux.
- Nous sommes prêts à partager aussi: un ampli de basse, deux moniteurs avec micros et une vieille batterie si nécessaire.
-Bel endroit, belle ambiance, insonorisé et traité acoustiquement.
 Nous demandons 300$/mois.

 -Available everytime except for Monday and Tuesday evening and Wednesday and Friday evening one week out of two.
 -We are also willing to share our bass amp, PA, mics and old drum kit if necessary.
 -Beautiful space, good vibes, soundproof and acoustically treated.
 - We ask $300/month.
